  3. Add Moisture: Pour a cup of beef broth or water into the dish to keep the brisket moist during reheating.

  4. Cover: Wrap the brisket in foil or cover the dish with foil to prevent it from drying out.

  5. Reheat: Place the covered brisket in the oven. Heat it for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Use a meat thermometer to check.

  6. Rest: Once heated through, let the brisket rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing to ensure juices are redistributed.

  7. Slice: Brisked should be sliced in a specific way. NOT like a typical roast beef. Slice across the grain in about 1/4” slices.

How do i re-heat pork ribs (in an oven or BBQ)?

To reheat your BBQ pork ribs to perfection, follow these steps:

  1. Thaw the Ribs: If frozen, thaw the ribs in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours.

  2. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 250°F (120°C).

  3. Prepare the Ribs: Remove the ribs from their packaging and place them on a baking sheet or in an oven-safe dish.

  4. Add Moisture: Pour a little water or apple juice into the dish to keep the ribs moist during reheating.

  5. Cover: Wrap the ribs in foil or cover the dish with foil to prevent them from drying out.

  6. Reheat: Place the covered ribs in the oven. Heat for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until they are heated through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
